@@luciesteblovakantorova Usually I have a silicone liner on my mouds or line them with freezer paper so the soap doesn't stick to the sides. I just wondered what you had lining the inside of your moulds :)
@@mazina7175 I used nothing, because mold has non-stick surface (wood is coated with something) and the soap comes out of the mold beautifully, even without lining it with paper or something. :-)

I spent lot of time measuring on the paper, then on the block of soap. Cutting to a little pieces was even worse and putting them together the worst. 🙈😅 I think I spent at least 3-4 hours this part. But the result made up for it. 😊

Thank You so much for Your comment! I am so sorry, I can write only in English (and I am not sure if I am good at it :-)), so I drew this pattern on paper first and I measured it. Then, I marked this measurment on the soap and cut according this. I don't know, how better to explain it :-).
Is the rice powder just powdered uncooked rice? Like could I take regular uncooked rice and put it in a food processor and get the same product? The soap is so beautiful. I see people doing all these crazy amazing designs and wish I had the patience for it. Haha 😄

Hello, so sorry for the late reply. I found out your question right now. I'm not sure anymore, but the soap mold is 7x7x24cm, so the soap could eventually be 7x6x2.5cm. Something like that. I hope it helped.
Yes, you are right. I didn't mention the author because even then I couldn't find the original post that inspired me in the pile of soaps and artists on Instagram. And so at least I wrote that I'm not the first to do it. But the entire soap world is built on mutual inspiration. And when I make soap, there is a good chance that someone has already made a similar soap before me. And with this soap, I only saw the final photo of the soap and not the production process. And believe me, even with purely my ideas, I saw others doing them without mentioning my name and I was rather honored to have inspired someone then be insulted. Hi, I use 5-10% potassium hydroxide, but it depends what I want to make 🙂 It works for me in my recipes. You need to find out what works for you. 🙂

Hello, so sorry for the late reply. I found out your question right now. I'm not sure anymore, but the soap mold is 7x7x24cm, so the soap could eventually be 7x6x2.5cm. Something like that. I hope it helped.

Yes, you are right. I didn't mention the author because even then I couldn't find the original post that inspired me in the pile of soaps and artists on Instagram. And so at least I wrote that I'm not the first to do it. But the entire soap world is built on mutual inspiration. And when I make soap, there is a good chance that someone has already made a similar soap before me. And with this soap, I only saw the final photo of the soap and not the production process. And believe me, even with purely my ideas, I saw others doing them without mentioning my name and I was rather honored to have inspired someone then be insulted. But thank you very much for your comment. I love making soap and believe me, I have no intention of stealing anyone's ideas 🙂
