Why do the English sub titles disappear sometimes.?
If you mean that periodically a line seems to get skipped, that's because sometimes there are hiccups in the streaming. If it's happening a lot, you might try watching on a different device or on a different network connection. If you mean the subs disappear completely and stop playing, that would be a different issue - most likely device-related.

We haven't received any other complaints, so we can only presume it is something unique to your setup. Does it happen on all videos? And what device+operating system are you using?
lezsoapia I'm not complaining. I love these clips and appreciate your work. I use my TH-cam from my iPad
Sorry, bad choice of words. We just meant we haven't received any other reports of this issue. We didn't feel like you were 'complaining' :-) Anyway, are you able to get around the problem by viewing the videos on some other device when you need to? Does it happen on every video or only once in a while?
