- Getting High Energy & Contribution Points is very important in order to get your AFK node empire set up as quickly as possible. This is currently the fastest way that I personally know of in order to achieve that. It's possible to go from 0-250 in about 2 days.

2:46 For new players, what he means is that you want to talk to NPC's with a "!" over their head. It's not talking with them that gives Knowledge exp/points, it's discovering them for the first time through interaction.
Some quests are found along roads and at different nodes, not just cities, but are dependent on your level. For instance Klaus at Western Guard Camp will give you an easy quick quest to kill wolves nearby for an Inventory Expansion item, but only if you're around level 16 or so.
When you do the main quests, which lead you to each new mob area, do all the quests from NPC's nearby which will usually involve killing the same mobs. You'll also get a lot of gold bars this way which really add up. I think just running a new character through all the quests from Balenos to Calpheon (~level 50) I make 100 million silver, a lot of it from the gold bars.
Finishing the level 50 Calpheon main quests is also necessary to unlock quests like the one to get a Fairy companion (requires looting 2 Laila's Petals from combat or life skilling- rare drops). Or the Blackstar weapon quest line (requires looting rare drop item from dark rifts). Also during that main quest line you'll be given a choice of rewards, one of which is a T5 horse with Sprint and Instant Accel fully learned, which is pretty nice as a new player for getting around.
I'm a 100% PvE player, been playing since March 2016 and have 447 energy and 361 contribution points. I still need a lot more CP. What I've been doing is making a lot of alts (17 characters) and running through all the quest lines until level 56 or 58 (Valencia territory). When I run out of character slots I delete alts and make new ones (it can be easier if you use a class that uses the same weapons that your main has, assuming your main character has good gear) IMO this is the best way to get contribution points and make a decent chunk of silver for your time and effort. You'll also have the opportunity to see the combat, namely awakening combat, of each class which can help you determine which class you like the best.

yes, i totally agree with you. I quested for cp until 300. Did a bit of cooking here and there, but questing for me, is a major factor of my cp pool.
Right now you don’t start from Olivia anymore, starts with western guard camp
Or open Knowledge window and complete knowledges one by one - this way u wont miss any npc and complete locations quicker :)

Most of the smaller towns you can power through easily. A lot of killing monsters. Just grab a bunch of quests, and most you'll complete killing monsters.
@@DioDiablo702 I did grab & complete a huge amount of quests more than a year ago. Most of them were gathering/cooking quests. Quests that involve killing aren't as common.. Calpheon dailies and cooking was what brought me to 320+ CP, regular quests have been just a minor bonus.

2 days of playtime means 48 hours, up to you how much you play daily, 12 hours per day would obviously take less than 2 hours daily which would end up almost a month in real life

I did the last 3 main quests that were around 150 quests in total, that took me around 12h of play straight with knowledge of the game and I had the maps revealed already because I spent weeks exploring first. First thing new players do is to grab all the quests the npcs gives you, which is a huge mistake and takes you from the right path. But yea, quests are definitely more fun than cooking only

might wanna mention 250 CP sounds good enough to start piling up the cooking materials for CP, they are lowering the Contribution CP requirements on the new patch in KR

So, the "quickest way" is to play the game as intended, "in 2 days"...lol...the game is all about questing...go figure!

If you get down to 1 second cooking and spam Essene of liquor, the Contribution CP per minute is huge. No competition with other methods (apart from 1 second alchemy).

100% agree with doing quests. At the very least follow the black spirit quest chain, inventory quests, and any kill quests you come across while doing the black spirit quest chain. If your killing red orcs why wouldn't you pick up the quests for killing red orcs?

You can do that in 15mins when you familiar with the route.
I don't think in 3 days you gonna reach 200 energy point doing only quests. A normal people can do 20/30 quest by day, and not every quest gives you energy point.
Questing is tedious is the only issue I see with this. You gotta really really want that energy and cp to do all the quests like this.

BUT I just built a monster pc this week so I have to go the real world of BDO where everything is fucking beautiful 😄... Damn, going back to zero is HARD , at least I can play Guardian now that she got nerfed 😅
I have full boss gear but I am too poor to enchant it I meet all requirements, I do have full asula accessories tho.. no, moneys to get the good stuff, only thing I am waiting on is the new awakening boss weapon I heard it was coming and I didn't wanna go for a dandy, mind u of I do get one I will be definitely happy but it has not come sadly... All my boss gear is fresh except I tried to enhance my kutum and failed.. at +14.. and am broke I am 410 GS on both striker and mystic expect striker is 58.. my wife and I have been wanting to learnt o make money to progress in this game but haven't made much success on that...

Hey, so my main is currently a 57 mystic. But I decided to make a Musa life skilling alt, as im lvling my musa, im starting to like it more than my mystic but i feel like ive already gone too far on my mystic. what do you think? which is better for pvp? im trying to decide which one to make my life skilling alt....
Do i really need to do side story? I have all my alts (around 12) lvl 56-57 with duo weapons, can i just skip all side quest and do main and suggested with my main and spam valencia with alts or wont i reach 250 cp this way? :S
do quests, kill stuff, hunt for knowledge .... i got 270 CP from Quests on multiple alts .... i got 420 Energy from getting knowledge in calpheon and mediah (not all) and litle from Valencia .... im mising Pirates, Valencia, Kamasilvia, and some Calpheon aminity knowledge .... its easy , you just need time :D

Cooking will randomly give you byproducts. One of the byproducts can be turned in at Alejandro Farm for CP exp (the item says "contribution points" but it's really contribution exp).
Alright time to test this 2-3 day theory Ill update you guys on whether or not I hit 250 cp and energy already at 140 on both so might take me a little less time.

From Shakatu, the northern route and the good part is that the map fully visible for you to travel along the way to Valencia city. Shakatu, Yalt Canyon, Gahaz Bandit Lair, Bambu Valley, Iris Canyon, Kmach Canyon, Ancado Coast, Ancado Inner Harbor, Rakshan Observatory, and last Valencia City.

good advice no doubt but you forgot to say how FUKING BORING doing all theese quests will be...and for some reason there are a shit tone of life quests to do and MANY of them req me to farm shit or to make meals that i barely have any ingredients for them and that takes time to do.....but its so boring man :(

It's seems like "gamers" today are only about pvp. They think there good players because they pvp. But yet don't want to invest time into the main quest. This is a rpg game, not cod
