I kinda just started seeing these kayou Naruto cards.. the packs are cheap and Chinese but is there any value to them. I'm not seeing any even worth over $100.

Some MR hold value , a lot of CP or BP hold value also SE . Their are cards that are up to $500 you can find more info on capsulecorp online
