Great explanation of tunnel vision but short on how to break it.

Awesome! No range theatrics. So how do we break tunnel vision?

I know it's 6yrs out.. But mysterious YT algorythm proposed me this video today :)
I can't "breake" tunnel vision.. All you can do is to train a lot with higher stress levels to make your brain more familiar with higher adrenaline levels and less susceptible to its negative influence.

I agree, how to control it t's been my problem since I was a kid.

Good analogy using RAM. I suppose that understanding this is in my brain, might free up some RAN (play on words for fight or flight)

i feel this is fundamentally wrong to universalise all tunnel vision is a failure or inability of brain to process vision.
i am not an expert but i strongly feel that it is the inability somewhere on or nearabout our retina to create a correct or sufficient information( by way of image or registering an image) which is decoded by our brain to get a clear vision.

Think about this for a second my friend; I understand what you meant about max-out ram but I have a differing "hypothesis" - - It is not max-output of RAM; IT IS OVERCLOCKED CPU - - OVERCLOCKING CPU DOES MAX-OUT RAM BUT IT ALSO AUGMENTS REALITY!! 😇😇😇😇😇😇😇

I AGREE ENTIRELY WITH THE PREMISE that it is a function from the brain; I also agree that the 'brain' cpu, and ram is maxed-out, also agree that functions are stunted, that's a scientific proof that brain and the 'micro-biome' shut down digestion, and other bodily functions during fight or flight but hence tunnel vision is the bodies and brain way of solely giving you the exact precision if you will, in detail of the performance that you need - - Tunnel vision is simply put the precursor to take off; the red light, green light go!! 😁😇😎😂😀🤷‍♂️😎

Think about it......everything you see is in the past by the time it reaches your brain.....!
That would be in pico seconds, maybe a femtosecond.
    Cheers,and God bless....!!!!
