Bro, we need that remake cause gen z is not interested in a good story they are interested in good animation.
Many of my friends say that they don't want to watch this series because it's animation is too old. Since wix studio is remaking this masterpiece. Now the old animation excuse is not applicable.

Bro it's not just the animation. One Piece anime pacing is terrible. The anime is 2x longer than it's supposed to be. Also, Toei mix in so much bs filler into canon episodes.
@@MAT-wn5frthat was done purposely so it wouldn't catch up to the manga otherwise they would have to take a long break the manga was released in 1997 and got an anime in 1999 only a 2 years difference and the manga just finished the east blue saga that took 2 years but the anime only took 1 year to finish it despite the slow pacing imposed
Toei is an absolute dogshit studio I’m excited to see One Piece adapted by a good studio
really? I'm apart of gen z and I actually want a good story. that's why I'm watching One Piece. besides, I'm also one of the very few people who also like the outdated animation!

All Wit has to do is make the pacing good and keep up their animation, delivering with good va’s, and of course keeping the story.
One Piece absolutely needs to be remade. New viewers can't get into it. The animation is not only dated but incredibly lazy because it's made so quickly. It's almost impossible to watch because of how badly drawn and paced it is, yet the story is one of the greatest EVER written. People saying it would be like remaking over a thousand episodes. In all honestly following the manga, you can make One Piece up to Wano in around 200-300 episodes EASILY!
Hopefully, they'll stick to the source material, cutting the filler. Can't wait!!!
I agree it doesnt need redone!!! I will especially reject it unless they use the actual English dub actors for their voices!!! The voices and portrayals feom thise voice actors are what MADE the characters worth watching!!! Who wants to have this made over and over with new actors!!! NO!!! Disrespectful!!! I understand cutting down the unecessary repeating, and long drown out fights, but do NOT change the voices!!! Finish the Live action correctly first!!! It will suck if they only make the live action part way and quit!!!

I actually haven't watched one piece,but i got intrigued by the power system and the story,but I can't get into the old animation,so i think remaking an anime like this will make it more popular!

There’s no way remaking one piece is a good idea. It’s like yeah there are things you can skip but it’s still gonna be 800+ episodes to get to this point. It’s a waste of time and resources honestly

The whole point of the remake it’s to make it true to the manga and not drag on for 1000 episodes making it impossible for new fans to get into. If one piece was a seasonal anime, it should have 350 episodes not 1000
