    I am confusing about the question&answer. Q: where did you become a permanat resident? A: California. So can someone be permanant resident outside USA?

    • @uscitizenship4s
      @uscitizenship4s  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, friend. Example: Some one can reside outside US like Cherokee territory. It depends on your case.

    Hi I had a misdeamanor and the case was dismissed. Do you know if need to answer yes when I get to the sección where it asks if I have comited a crime or ofense?
    Also, will I be asked to say by memory the dates of my past marriages, if been married more than once?

    • @uscitizenship4s

      "Hi I had a misdeamanor and the case was dismissed. Do you know if need to answer yes when I get to the sección where it asks if I have comited a crime or ofense?"
      You should answer "Yes", and tell: the case was dismissed. It does not affect your US naturalization.
      "Also, will I be asked to say by memory the dates of my past marriages, if been married more than once?"
      You should remember them, so the officer can ask them.

    I have green card for more than 17 years and have applied for Medicare and Medi-Cal since last two years. I obtained them through the approval of the Social Security Administration without lie and misleading. If I was asked by the officer about the question of Have you obtained any public benefits in the United States? My answer is Yes. Would it affect my pass the citizenship interview? What will the officer subsequently ask if I answered yes?

    • @uscitizenship4s
      @uscitizenship4s  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      You answer "yes".
      Officer can ask: What do you receive public benefit?
      How do you receive public benefit?
      They want to check your way to receive them legally or not.
      If you did not receive public benefits illegally or improperly, however, your receipt of public benefits will not affect your chances of becoming a naturalized U.S. citizen.
      I see your case, it is legal, so you obtained them through the approval of the Social Security Administration without lie and misleading.

    Hi sir, please help me out . In my N400 application, there are jobs that I forgot to list on my application and since I don’t remember the dates where I worked to those jobs and I worked 10 different jobs for the past 5 years. And some of my former jobs I only worked there for couple of weeks . Do I need to list all of them?

    • @uscitizenship4s
      @uscitizenship4s  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      We think that you only should list main jobs which are made labor contracts. Some part-time job, we think that you don't need to list them, so they only have some weeks.
