Haven’t had corn pudding since my mother passed, just thinking about the flavor and how she made hers, has brought tears to my eyes. Thanks Ty for bringing that memory to life. Have you ever made fried corn? Now that’s a true Southern classic dish, similar to New Orleans Mache Choux without the peppers.

This is my daughters fav dish for thanksgiving..I only make it once a yr for her my recipe is almost the same ..I do use sour cream😂and I also add in green onion this look so good 👌🏿

I have never tried corn pudding befor but it looks delicious.. you have many gifts, cooking, singing, acting that is a blessing from god.. your voice is amazing so you have to use that voice. I am requesting as one of your subscribers.. can you do a recipe on mexican corn cakes.. they are really good I had them when I go to the Mexican restaurant.. I also have a gift in cooking .. I just stated cooking 5 years ago .. now that you are doing cooking recipe's I have to go take some cooking classes.. to brush up on my cooking .. I watched a lot of cooking shows .. That Corn Pudding looks so DELICIOUS! TY I have a question. I'm making Collard Greens and I have no Smoked Turkey to Cook them with. My Friend brought back Smoked Neck Bones, which I don't do the Pork thing. Do you have any suggestions on how I can Cook the Greens without the Smoked Turkey? I would just start off with a high quality broth and just adjust your seasonings accordingly! They will still taste good without the meat
