I liked this video and also the others, but this spoke volumes for me. I have an MA who is underperforming with her job duties. I've had multiple conversations with her, trainings, and one-on-ones, and after those conversations, she gets back on track for a few weeks, and then she goes back to underperforming. After watching this video, I think I made up my mind of what to do next. Thank you, and keep on putting these helpful videos out. They are needed.
