it's really truly impossible to say which Black Sabbath song is the best..... they all deliver.... but man-oh man.... does this song get ya where your tryin' to go everytime..... ROCK-N-FUCKIN"-ROLL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
"So I've found that life is just a game But you know there's never been a winner Try your hardest, you'll still be a loser The world will still be turning when you're gone"
This song is a Wonder! Listen to this is Since the 80s and still get through happiness , thank you Ozzy thank you Tony thank you Bill and thank you Geezer Love you guys forever❤️
The song is plainly named "Wheels Of Confusion" ...there is no "the straightener" ...that stuff "Luke's Wall", "Jack the Stipper", etc; is all record company puffery to make it seem like the package is bigger than it really is.
I know, that's what they say... but on this song in particular is fairly clear that there's a division, from the B major Wheels of confusion to that devastating E minor vamp that starts on 5:14. I like to keep that title, it makes me think of someone that's praying for the Straightener to come and straight things out in life, you know? Anyways, I know you're right on that trivia
Dedicated to sleepy joe biden: So I found that life is just a game But you know there's never been a winner Try your hardest, you'll still be a loser The world will still be turning when you're gone Yeah, when you're gone

An immortal classic
Geezer is a genius when it comes to writing lyrics. No one even close to writing lyrics the way geezer does.
This song sums up everything in the brilliance of what Black Sabbath are to me, it's a symphonic masterpiece.
This song is still on a never ending loop...
Yes it is, yes. In my head, looping, heavier than heavy. The epitome of heavy. Looping my brain for 40+ years. Looping... You got that right, friend.
it s been 50 years and i stil love it
A timesless classic and after 50+ yearsstill fresh as when I first heard it.
MASTER OZZY OSBOURNE... WE LOVE YOU!!! WE'RE NUMBER 1. 😜✌🦇☠
5:14 goosebumps! ^^^^^^^^
Yeah man. It hits.
Definitely one of their best songs

@@robertb3773 Just shut up and listen to the fucking song!
@@surfshack2 Exactly.
Whoa baby, these lyrics slam home at age 60, 70 etc more so than at 20, 30 or 40. I have been with these guys since the late 1960's.
Heaviest riffing ever. Best Ozzy song ever.
This song is a Wonder!

Love you guys forever❤️
this is the symphony number 9 of hard rock music
Can’t disagree with you there
A funeral hymn... Who else wants this sounds after our leaving?
Sabbath rarely published lyrics......so initially I loved this song for the guitar riff!
One of tommies best riffs
Don't know what came first, my Heart or the Lyrics of Black Sabbath
Thank you..
Politics Religion chaos & confusion. Human things.
I thought it was "running through valleys of tears"
I think you're right 👍

I would have to agree miss Karen
Has anyone noticed that the digital (aka streaming) version of this song cuts off the fading at the end?
