I like how the scene of the giant snake actually being distressed by its dead offspring shows just like how the humans are trying to survive that it to is just trying to find food and care for it’s young, even showing hatred towards the main characters cause of reasons mentioned before. It makes the world feel much more alive.
I agree even if the giant snake tried to kill them, she was only a mother trying to protect her young as she doesn’t want to loose her children
Snakes actually ditch their young as soon as hatched/birthed, they're very instinct driven and the babies are basically mini fully functioning adults

The cool part is that baby snakes are more dangerous then adult because they don't know what they are doing and they bite everything alive making a venom type baby snake even more powerful so that would be even more bad for the humans
@@andrewrodriguez2797 yup! Adults reserve their venom, often bites are bluffs, venom takes energy to make, babies though are vulnerable and a lot will try eat them, so they'll just load every bite with a ton of venom

What I like about this movie is how people actively tried to work together in order to survive. I don’t care if it’s ‘not realistic’ as people like to say. It’s a breath of fresh air. Honestly I couldn’t even imagine, I have an incredible fear of snakes, if nothing else killed me I’d most likely die from an heart attack.

Everything is wrong with the science in this movie, lol. Tropical snakes don't hunt for food (dolphin) in the deep sea. Not all snakes constrict their prey before eating. And the size of the snake changes from one scene to another 😂

I love how the size of the giant snake is inconsistent. Sometimes it's so big it could devour the heli and the gigantic frog in a single gulp, but then it became smaller when the humans are fighting it, lol
While not confirmed I belive there was 2 different ones *the eggs give the clue* and the main one we see is the male but the female ate the frog

The sizes of the creatures are always changing. I swear some scenes make the snake and other animals larger and in others they are smaller.

Just aim for the eye, It is a giant snake so the eye isn't exactly a small target, snake is coming at you with it's face so eye is likely always going to be an option to go for.

Everything thing is fine but the thing I kinda don't like is how whenever they are hit by the massive snake they just get tossed around and not actually put ina critical condition, like that thing can move fast and has a massive body so it should have alot of force behind each movement
