Sounds like a reelful of interesting 60s instrumentals! Great machine, thanks for sharing.

+I967 thank you for appreciating. This recorder is from the late sixties and is solid state. It was saved from a shop in france and repaired. I personally prefer earlier consumer machines, there were better models back then. But that period music is timeless!

I got this same model today and it works, but the motor is noisy. In addition, the controls are the same, and the words are in English like “Fast Forward”, “Volume” and “Tone” are all in English, and mine is a US version of the Grundig TK 247 which was imported from Germany to the US and it was slightly inferior to the Akai.
The back of the unit has DIN jacks instead of the RCA jacks, but I don’t have a DIN cables for this one, but I only have my DIN to RCA jack.

It's difficult that the motor itself is noisy, it's more likely that the pulley needs some new lubricant. However I noted that the same pulley engaging the take up reel is not perfectly centered from factory. A bit disturbing indeed

Hola, en la mía lo que pasa es que el sonido se degrada a la media hora y se empieza a ensuciar, pero sí lo paso por la entrada auxiliar a otros altavoces se escucha bien... Alguna idea para poder solucionar éste problema?
