Okay, this video is 4 years old. Back then, the R7 260X graphics card was pretty good, and it was very affordable. You could play games on it easily. It's like the GTX 750 Ti in terms of performance. Also dont forget: I get a few more frames without recording, and I haven't made any changes to the config files. If that was the goal, you would have seen higher FPS in all games.

Yes of course everything smoothly at 1080p but idk about forza horizon. Assured 30fps on fh4 720p

I can play these titles (most I don't have truly) without many issues, the processor is old and weak, even bottlenecks the GPU sometimes, in some games, but I am happy. Maybe in the end of 2020 I'll get a new computer (I mean the case + the hardware only).

Yes, the GTX 1650 is much more powerful than my test video card, which was an R7 260x, equivalent to a GTX 750.

Make the resolution 720 instead of 1080 and the games you play it on high/ultra play it on medium/low will give you more fps and smother movement and better graphics
