Respected sir, I was read that from this year LS people's will also get stipend ( Half of the JRF stipend) if they get enrolled into PHD. You may check that from new guidelines.

Yes. Once you are selected for both jrf and ls

Yes. One performance result will stand valid for 2 years from the date of qualification
