Thanks for this detailed video! Did you submit the coloured copies of your Passport data page at the biometrics collection centre or you made use of it later on?
I can't remember correctly but it is important you take along with you both colored and black/white copies of your passport
Pls I want to do upfront medicals, can I do that on any hospital or is their any recommendations
@@richardevette6945 Qlife Family and IOM are the only hospitals recommended by IRCC for medical screening

After your thumbprint or Biometric how many weeks or months does it take you before they e-mail you to submit your Passport?.
Once they approve your application, they send you a request to submit your passport. It took them almost 6 months before they approved my application. But I heard the process it a lot faster now.
Please I just did my biometrics last week and my admission will last May 23rd ,,what is the advice can you give me please ?

Hi Neso…as an international student traveling what’s the budget of US dollar one can take along…waiting for your reply
According to IRCC website, if you are traveling with $10,000 or more you must declare at the airport.

It took almost 2 weeks before it got stamped.
Please after your medical, are you receiving the results or the hospital will be the one to send it
The hospital will send the result to IRCC

I applied for visa in May and I got my approval in October. The wait is usually long for some people but you will get an email asking you to check your portal, that a decision has been made on your application.

No, I didn't use WES. I just attached my transcripts with my application.

Yes, there's an application fee you'd need to pay before you can submit your application. It is about CAD235
You bought return tickets aswell? Why , how long is your study
I bought it because I wanted to apply for PTA
Did you attend your visa interview in person or online or you sell yourself through your sop writeup
There was no interview. Canada doesn't hold interviews, everything you need to say should be in your SOP.

You don't need it, it's optional
At what point did you make use of the medicals
I attached it along with my application. It is a requirement that you conduct a medical screening before your application gets approved.
Did you attend your Visa interview in person or Online?
There was no visa interview. But you are required to write a Letter of explanation / Statement of purpose.

@@yummynena9930 yes it is easier but mind you when your statement of purpose isn’t convincing enough u may not be granted visa.....so its all about praying 🙏

Hello dear so happy for you.. I too i have been waiting for ircc reply.. How long did it take ircc to approve ur application from the day of submission. Pls mine is 6 months now and i have deferred too i just need a little hope to know i can still get it.
It took about 6 months. Keep sending emails and webforms, hopefully they give a response soon.

SOP or LOE is a necessary document to submit when applying for a Canadian study permit

I sent an email to my school requesting my admission be deferred. I didn't inform IRCC.

You need to book return ticket as well if you want to apply for PTA

And are you actually planning on coming back? If not what do you plan on doing with the return ticket?
The return ticket is a way of them proving that you will and can return home after your studies is done. Sometimes they require you to show money for it (as in if anything happens you have the means of returning home and not “getting stuck” in Canada
