The underground tuner scene in Los Santos roars to life with the launch of GTA Online: Los Santos Tuners. In addition to a ton of action-packed, Tuner-based missions and races, this update introduces the LS Car Meet, a gigantic, shared social space where you and your cherished personal vehicle can mingle freely with fellow car fans to race, show off your customized vehicles, and even link up with shady contacts looking for skilled drivers and a chance at easy money.

Technically it isn’t breaking it as the NPC is just seeing what we the players are doing constantly.

This update makes me realize how weird is it that you can own Casinos and other establishments but you don't get money passively
You *always* have to do something to earn it instead of getting is passively like a normal, real life business

This update should of came before the sci fi stuff. Maybe around the lowrider update. Seems kind of weird to do this when people are flying around in bikes.
As I don't play that much I can't afford any of the sci fi crap and flying cars. Therefore, I'm forced to play old-school with standard cars and weapons which is actually so much better and more rewarding. :)
Yea but they missed the point being able to test a car with modifications.
I don't care that it came up now, all the money I had went to the Auto Shop, a RR Jester and a shitload of modifications

Man this game Online is the new story mode but the is dlc is isane thk will for me is look like : NFS,Burnout,Fast and furios,The crew all the races gaming but of cause Now we can now rob heists with Solo mode YES !
