One hour south from the Canadian border from Surrey, B.C., Canada. Houses in Greater Vancouver is too expensive! Come to Marysville the business hub that is close to Seattle. Some of the homes in Maryville are between from $400,000 to $600,000 in the USA. In Greater Vancouver homes anywhere between $1.2 million up to $1.9 million dollars Canadian.

This is a great point, Daniel, and I failed to mention how close to the border we are! With the median home price currently under $600 for resale typically, it definitely makes homeownership in reach for a lot more people compared to other cities. Thank you for watching and the helpful comment!

@@whatsyournextmove I spoke to the realtor Crystal Dickerson who works in Marysville. I already explained what is happening in Canada. The economy is not doing well. I have relatives living in California and my brother as well that lives in Thousand Oaks. I did live in Pebble Beach and Oakland, California when I was a child. But I was born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. I am thinking about next year in 2024 and thinking about moving there. I do not like having a house that has a basement for the past ten years because tenants always complain. Too much work in cleaning the basement and the builder was very dumb to put my laundry in the basement without a sink to wash your hands. Every house has a laundry on the ground floor of the house. In order to move there I have to pay $3000 U.S. to get a U.S. work visa and that would stamp into my Canadian passport. I would do it right away. My only problem I take care of my elderly parents and my family is Korean.

Horrible place to live. Crime, drugs, and schools are all garbage. Way to expensive for what you get.
