    Dear Dr. Darshan you are absolutely right. Being a doctor I had also had gone through severe depression few years back but meditation( online course Done by GEV ISKCON) had saved me.Just practicing little bit of Spiritulity add tremendous value and energy to our life. I must thank you for spreading right and positive vibes to our youth.

Remember, we are much stronger than what we think... Whatever tough time you are going through, you will only find a solution and pass it. All the best. Btw, I found doing meditation keeps me calm and rooted... Has reduced my mental turbulence...

    Ya that's true, same story, I too have overcome a severe depression and consistent practice of isha kriya, shambhavi mahamudra have transformed me, I left my studies after 2nd year of my graduation but now I am preparing for civil service exam, this is because of meditation, yoga and devotion.
