I love how I always watch an uhyeah video on how great a game could be and then Spiff would upload a video the same day talking about how poor it is. The duality of FNAF TH-camrs.
The things AstralSpiff says about Freakshow is so selective. "Busty Lefty" isn't that sexual, just feminine, that doesn't make this Five Nights in Anime. Plus, this game is not pizzeria simulator because that's the whole point of this. It's trying to be a traditional FNAF, otherwise it would've made that clear in the title.

fun fact about five nights at warios. It's a series with 5 games and has one of the most insane lore i've ever seen out of a fnaf fan game. It involves time travel, possession, and the murder of mario characters. The creator of the game (Triple W Wario) has an almost 4 hour long series explaining the entire lore
omg i thought it was just a really vivid fever dream of a 2 hour+ vid going through the whole lore with PVZ garden warfare gameplay in the background. you're telling me it was real?
To be honest, the five nights at warios games end up being kinda of crazy technically as having all the games together somehow let's them communicate with each other allowing for later parts of the series involve going back to the older games to access things you didn't get before and can have completely different gameplay sections. The craziest stuff with this happens in five shows at warios where you open two separate windows and they work in tandem for a night
@@StarkMaximum Yeah, while they may not be that impressive visually they are very impressive with their gameplay. I think one of the main things is called the cross game quest, where after a certain point in five shows at warios, you go back to each game and a special night is unlocked in each game that you couldn't access before
Dude, you sound like the type of guy who could have a blast playing the Dayshift at Freddy's trilogy. Cause like, they're goofy, they're fun, they are absolutely insane, and surprisingly memorable
@@notdemomantf2294 the third one is in my honest opinion the best FNAF game ever made. The story is so good, it's fun to play, it has the strongest comedy out of the trilogy. It was a perfect note to end the series on (just like FNAF 3 was back in the day)
Bubba's diner was hilarious, especially the way Bubba just... waited for you to unclog the toilet. I really liked that the jumpscares utilized the 3d nodels.
bubbas diner honestly pretty funny. Classical music with plunging, and then shooting an animatronic with a shotgun is basically the plot of Willy's Wonderland
I think what made Jolly 3 so intriguing when it released was how familiar it felt to Sister Location. Every night, having something "unique" and the polish on Jollly 3 was pretty similar to Sister Location. However, now that time has passed, we realize those games were kinda boring task wise. And our expectations of fnaf games have gone up significantly over the years.
@@GameMaker3_5 I think it's definitely a situation where you had to play it when it came out to enjoy it seeing as we now have Glitched Attraction and JRS.
Honestly, I really liked Bubba's Diner. It was a great entry into the fangame scene for me, and I appreciate the honestly chill moments when plunging the toilet or sweeping the floor. It's like, if I was working there, and I was on my toes enough, I actually wouldn't mind it that much! The thought of working in a chill environment with a deadly animatronic right next to you being all that normalized is honestly kinda funny to me. Another thing I like is how the camera system in the office gameplay is realistic, but you can explore the building first to make a mental map of the whole place, and associate each camera with each room. Also, the fact the basement section, really creepy in me humble opinion, is optional was a neat choice for old FNaF noobs like me, one I appreciated and still put myself through nonetheless. The fact Bubbatrap approaches so quickly when you flash the light instead of holding it really got me quite a few times. And you end the game by shooting it in the face! That's the mark of an instant classic in my books! Wasn't that fond of Mr. Giggles tho. The fact you can only talk to him when he's leaning back and not forward is not the most obvious thing, and it's just kinda mid. No need for the timer either...
Despite some people's complaints, I genuinely like Your way of writing. I also fully agree about the game, it was really good, hilariously, the second scariest section for me was the toilet one. It just makes me feel defenseless, there's literally nothing to defend myself with, and nowhere to run.
@@ZizixxSamurai aw, thank you! Also, true, that's also a good point you make! Between you and Bubba, there is _nothing_ to keep you safe. You need to find a balance between doing your job quickly, and doing it quietly... but nothing's forcing you to be quick about as far as I know, so just do your job quietly enough, and enjoy the classic music 😁 Funnily enough, this is probably a section that would've felt scarier if it did have a timer. Now you do have to hurry up in unclogging the toilet, but not too much so as to not make too much noise. But the trade off is that it wouldn't be a kinda ridiculous and funny breather minigame. I'd appreciate both approaches, really.
@@AstralSpiff Have you seen those ones that use a different type of paper than A4, one that is kinda long with a bunch of perforations on the sides that the printer used to pull up the sheet of paper to be able to print? The one that would take a whole minute or more to have the printer do a single page just for you to realize that the printer cartridge was half empty and half of the page was gray colored instead of black? Cause I'm talking about THIS OLD printer x3
I work overnight, being nocturnal isnt fun. You're tired constantly because your brain isnt making the right chemicals at the right time anymore, you become super sensitive to sunlight, so sunglasses are required on a clear sunny day. Communicating times is difficult, my 'this morning' was your 'last night'. AM is still AM so I have to flip my language when talking about time, pretty hard to get used to. Neighbors have no consideration for you, people outside don't have any either, so sleep is hard, really hard. Funny enough sunlight starts to make you sleepy, and dark wakes you up, but you still want to sleep in pitch dark, so it's confusing all the time. Also, as someone who wants to got to college for atmospheric sciences, I have a huge interest in weather, but alllll of the interesting weather happens exactly when I sleep, I wake up right after it all ends, and that's the worst part for me, honestly Not dealing with people while you're awake is cool though, streets are always empty 42:19
I thought the classical music was edited in at first! Now someone needs to make a fangame set in the 18th century with steampunk orchestral animatronics.
That would be awesome, they could call it something like 5 Evenings at Frederick's Theater and totally lean into the aesthetic, have a journal or letters instead of phone calls, have a gate on a chain instead of the usual doors. So many possibilities
Fun fact: The salvage is simpler to do than it seems. Just tick all of the boxes at the start, and then you just need to look at the animatronic for movement.
Funny thing about the weird face at 35:25 , this is actually a reference to the Gameboy Camera easter egg known as 'WHO ARE YOU RUNNING FROM?'. In which if you choose to run away from the people (like spamming Uboa's light switch), until you see one of many faces including that face, with the text 'WHO ARE YOU RUNNING FROM?' above it. There are 5 total faces with 2 of them being exclusive to the Japanese version of the Gameboy Camera. The faces can also appear as a response to an error or when you try to view your images in the 'slideshow' option but don't have any pictures.
Thanks for the random knowledge! This was actually a fun research opportunity and i learned something i didn't know before. Genuinely very interesting!

I was listening to this video while doing some chores so I was only overhearing jokes about Lefty's design horny and as a result I was expecting so much worse than what I actually saw. Could be hornier, I'll be frank
I mean, Five Nights at Wario's games after the first one are one of the best fan-games, in my opinion. Both the story and gameplay are really great. They are definitely worth playing!
Seems like Spiff already noticed others saying it but bro FNAW gets absolutely nutty later on. The most recent game has a rougelike side mode that's completely different from regular gameplay, with multiple playable characters and two paths just because it can. It's hilarious and I love it
The FNAW series surprisingly gets a lot better later on. Starting from the second game the gameplay gets more varied and interesting. Plus there's enough side modes for you to spend hours on each game. One last thing, there's a thing where if you have all five games installed, they all interact with eachother for a big final cross-game thing. It's surprisingly cool.
I cannot say I was expecting Bubba's Diner to have a section where you unclog the toilet while listening to classical music, but it might be my new favorite minigame in any FNAF game.
58:21 When he said “Is that a loss” I paused and looked at Foxy’s face looking for the shapes of the Loss comic, instead of understanding he meant losing the game
Flipping the screen was ctrl+alt+up, and it's a graphics driver feature that tends to not exist anymore. Windows+up is the shortcut to maximize a windows. It often works even on windows that don't have a maximize button. That was the only commenter not trying to mess with you lol.
Fun Fact:That Chica deasign is from a fnaf security logbook, not the fangame That weird face is from the GameBoy Camera In the books,it is said that the pizza is incredibly horrible
I personally always liked Jolly 3 because I love the four original designs and the environment but I admit the gameplay can be pretty rough with it at times lol. But I definitely don't think it deserves being labelled 'terrible' by any means, seems a little unfair
I remember seeing someone play that plunging game and i was like "wasn't there a mechanic where you had to turn around" 4:59 and then it happened and now im dying of laughter 😂.
a bit of context for the fnaf pizza sim remake, 1st thing, the text that lefty has on her stand says "lets not make it obvious im copying Maniac Mania", which is a part a game, part of the fangame FNAS(Five Nights At Sonic), since FNAS Maniac Mania has a currency obtained by beating nights which lets you shop for upgrades, with a pretty similar style to Lefty's shop. And the robot which Spiff makes a joke, saying its him, is a Chilean streamer and youtuber called Dylantero, pretty famous on the spanish community, this is due to the fact that the devs, speak spanish, so they decided to add that< oh and that one discord screenshot in its credits says "GUYS DONT ADD CP TO THE FANGAME"

I'm actually a huge fan of the five nights at Wario series because the creator wasn't afraid to tke risks with his games. Although his first game wasn't that great and was a clone of the original fnaf, the games get super interesting and creative later down the line. Also the Wario characters edited into real life locations honestly is a pretty good look imo.
Five Nights at Wario’s 3 and beyond is actually really good. The first 2.. I cant comment much on the second one, but the first one is a FNaF 1 skin. The 3rd game and after are much more unique
FNAW 2 is kinda like its FNAF counterpart. The main difference is that you actually have to get off the camera in order to make sure the generator (basically the music box) keeps running, and the Foxy mechanic from FNAF 1 is there. The doors also return, but besides that, Dawko still has his PS1 Resident Evil voice like in 3, and you still need to look at cameras and stuff.
35:23 For people confused, the face in the doorway is Emma, she’s a 14th century spirit who haunts the factory who comes from a cursed book created by entity 01, who is basically the satan of the FNAW universe. And yes, this is the actual lore and is not made up, best fnaf fan game series ever

I bursted out laughing at 28:30 For all of you that don't know, that animatronic is in reference (or homage idk) to a popular Chilean TH-camr called Dylantero, basically someone that makes the kind of dirty jokes and foul language we at that country sometime engage in when speaking. The bottom right message is in Spanish too so I don't believe this is a coincidence, goddammit a person from Chile made a fnaf fan game with a horny lefty in it
fun fact: that creepy face from Five Nights at Wario's is from the Game Boy camera draw thingy. it's one of the faces that can show up if you spam run in the menu, and it can have 2 captions, "who are you running from?" and "don't be so silly"
I almost cried laughing at the implication that Spiff just kept shooting the animatronic even though it was already dead as retaliation for all the bathrooms he had to unclog. Truly the peak of FNAF fangames
My friend and I once hid a goose egg in a cabinet one day and months later someone found it and poked a hole in it. The smell it unleashed was ungodly horror
Spiff, I need to know: do you plan on playing The Return to Bloody Nights, if you haven't already? It's a really good FNaF fan game that I think you'd enjoy. Love your content man, keep up the great work.
i like the idea of customers walking into a vape shop and instead of selling them a vape, the clerk just puts the vape into their mouth and tells them to breathe in, then kicks them out afterwards
Like seriously, Idk why everyone always loses their mind over it when its not even remotely bad compared to some of the official ones like toy Chica or the SL humanoid animatronics, if anything id say the molten Freddy is worse in that aspect for being so weirdly buff.
These videos are such a blessing for my daily life. Movie quality content done on such a regular basis deserve a lot of credit on both the editing side and the performing.
The guy who made five nights at wario is actually a very chill and awesome person, i just assumed he didn't expect some weird fan project he made to blow up, and he even recently did an entire 2 part explanation of the story, like I'm being serious the dude is a talented storyteller, he just made really weird design decisions for his games.
Ok from what I know, the remake of FNAF 6 was created by a group of Spanish youtubers who made a video talking about how they could improve the FNAF games if they made a current remake
Honestly, the concept of a conversartion with an animatronic is not that bad, it's just the implementation that really sucks, i feel it like an upgraded version of the salvage stage in pizzeria simulator
I quite appreciate the 8:00 AM upload. I was going to just get up and do something other than youtube but this video immediately caught me when I tried.
So happy to see the rest of these games get featured in a video, Chica's Party World def did deserve its own video with how much of a fever dream it was
There should be a fnaf 1 style fan game where you start with a ridiculous amount of energy, like 400% or 500%, and night one is really a breeze with the amount of energy, but then night two you start with whatever you had left over from night one, and so on.
You should try "Baldi's Basics in Nightmares". It may not be impressive but it's still an interesting game due to it's mechanics. And yes I know Mark played it recently, but would be good if Spiff did as well!
It's cool, but you can really tell it was made by the guy that made Post-Shift 2. Not just in terms of animatronic design, which are pretty cool... but also in terms of how the game explains the mechanics, which is... not optimal, to say the very, _very_ least.
@@Mike14264 Definitely a bad way to present the game mechanics. Something people don't talk about is that UCN kinda presents its mechanics in the same way.

I'm glad the title got changed from 'terrible' to 'ridiculous' it feels much more accurate
That's fucking insane.
@@StarkMaximum Yeah, while they may not be that impressive visually they are very impressive with their gameplay. I think one of the main things is called the cross game quest, where after a certain point in five shows at warios, you go back to each game and a special night is unlocked in each game that you couldn't access before

bubbas diner honestly pretty funny.
Yeah, thats probably why I still like JOLLY 3, but most people these days don't...
I usually liked the popular fnaf fan games, but for some reason I had an obsession with Jolly
@@GameMaker3_5 I think it's definitely a situation where you had to play it when it came out to enjoy it seeing as we now have Glitched Attraction and JRS.
I love when a gun is in a game Spigg plays, 'cause then chat is spammed with "Get some headshots!" and "Light 'em up!"
Don't let the gun overheat!
"WE'RE COMING FOR YA CHARLES!"

You need to find a balance between doing your job quickly, and doing it quietly... but nothing's forcing you to be quick about as far as I know, so just do your job quietly enough, and enjoy the classic music 😁
Funnily enough, this is probably a section that would've felt scarier if it did have a timer. Now you do have to hurry up in unclogging the toilet, but not too much so as to not make too much noise. But the trade off is that it wouldn't be a kinda ridiculous and funny breather minigame. I'd appreciate both approaches, really.
10:45 I legitimately thought the classical music was added in editing, that’s actually so funny

Also, as someone who wants to got to college for atmospheric sciences, I have a huge interest in weather, but alllll of the interesting weather happens exactly when I sleep, I wake up right after it all ends, and that's the worst part for me, honestly
Not dealing with people while you're awake is cool though, streets are always empty

That would be awesome, they could call it something like 5 Evenings at Frederick's Theater and totally lean into the aesthetic, have a journal or letters instead of phone calls, have a gate on a chain instead of the usual doors. So many possibilities

I love that Spiff organized the games so he’s just constantly time traveling from his new and old office
The FNAW series surprisingly gets a lot better later on. Starting from the second game the gameplay gets more varied and interesting. a bit of context for the fnaf pizza sim remake, 1st thing, the text that lefty has on her stand says "lets not make it obvious im copying Maniac Mania", which is a part a game, part of the fangame FNAS(Five Nights At Sonic), since FNAS Maniac Mania has a currency obtained by beating nights which lets you shop for upgrades, with a pretty similar style to Lefty's shop.

“You gotta remember to repair the vape machine.”
“You take a sip from your trust Vault 13 canteen.”
