Unintelligible whispers or any other non sensical triggers always have more replay value for me. Replaying a video with a narrative consecutively would get repetitive to me and some of the triggers would lose their effect. Something like this always manages to feel refreshing every time !

I normally hate unintelligible stuff and have to force my self through, I’ve been brought to tears by it multiple times it’s just a tense and overwhelming sounds to me but this video put me to sleep! Something about the soft sounds and no wet mouth sounds or word like noises makes it so much better

It doesn't numb my brain like white noise (or total silence), it doesn't distract me as much as intelligible ASMR, and it covers the noises outside of my room to keep me focused.
