We dont need another Aleck Macheso, the space is already taken Sir. .... and as Mr Clive Mono Mukundu puts it ... Comparing sungura artists is a subjective and unfair issue because there are no set standards to follow lets look at him as an artist who is trying his best to make a name for himself and that takes time. You cannot compare him to Mark Ngwazi, Alick Macheso or any other sungura musician, after all they are not the same people, they all have different foci saka ngatimupei support and nguva only time will help him to get where he is going. Vakuru vanoti kugara nhaka huona dzevamwe, Shamblo learns from all his elders and likewise his elders also learn from him too. More talented people are going to come after all are gone. New and Old sungura musicians will have lessons to draw from all those that came earlier than them. For me Shamblo is a bundle of talent and unique in his own way not exactly the same as the likes of ancestors of sungura music. Anogona mukomana uyu kuridza gitare hakuna kuchipa, also credit to the producer BIO DT Mudimba this work is not as easy as critics deem it to be.
