I’ve just taken in a volunteer position for a small NFP and I think this might be the strategy to get all our various committees pointing in the same direction….but if you do have any other tips or tactics that would help us I’d LOVE a video on that (it’s kind of how do you get a bunch of busy people who are all doing this work unpaid and in their spare time to setting and achieving even sort of realistic goals…. 😫)
