Oh so exhausted today. I went out to the river and sat on a rock with my bare feet dangling in the comfortably warm babbling water. No energy to feel sad or desperate or anything. I spoke out loud with the water, the earth, and the wind. Instead of asking for anything for me, I asked if there was a way I could serve them somehow. I sat there listening for just over half an hour. Was a very energizing, warm hearted experience. It was as if they just hung out and kept me company. Then I came in and saw you posted a reading.

I've had something odd happening, I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced?
My breathing gets so shallow sometimes it feels like effort to keep breathing. Sometimes when I'm going to sleep I do stop and it jolts me. I notice the shallow breathing in the day too. I go for long daily walks and it affects my energy levels.
Funnily, it started happening when I started feeling more inner-peace after processing trauma that use to keep me on edge. It's like I've given my body permission to rest and stop producing adrenaline that it goes in to hyper-slow mode?
