I have just finished the sample.
previously I had difficulties turning the corners - also I understood the importance to keep the worker under control
I will order some more patterns as your explanation is very clear and your voice very pleasant
    Thank you so much !

I've been making lace for years, but always found sewing in so difficult. I bought your patterns so I would be forced to practice. It was you, showing us that an experienced and talented lacemaker could have trouble sewing in (thread wrapping around a pin and having trouble getting crochet hook through hole for example) that I got it. Take my time, the thread may get wayward, the hole left by taking the pin out will not close up almost immediately was a revelation! I have just sewn in the pattern above using magic threads which you showed and took my time and it looks great. THANK YOU!

That’s brilliant. Thank you so much for your comment. This has made a dull day very much brighter today.
Thank you. So pleased to have helped.

I have made square pieces of lace in the past but have always found the sewings very difficult so of late have tended not to do them. I have found your videos so helpful I feel confident enough to try again. I cannot thank you enough for your clear explanations and your useful tips, I have never seen anyone using a 'magic' thread before, I shall certainly be employing this technique. Thank you once again.

I watched all 4 videos and they were extremely helpful. I have been teaching myself Torchon lace making from Pamela Nottingham's series of books and thoroughly enjoying it, although it is slow-going. I had been stuck on corners for the longest time until I found your videos and they have helped me to tackle them. What stands out - to me - from your videos compared with others is that you explain the direction you are working and how this releases the threads/bobbins for the next sequence of patterns. I intend to learn as much as I can and will await any further videos. Thank you for producing them.

These are absolutely great videos, although I’m self taught, I have really enjoyed both the contents and the way you have explained the stitches, techniques and I’m inspired to try your patterns that I’m just about to buy. I have also subscribed 👍
    Thank you.
