Your stocking is so cute! I know I already told you but I had to say it again. Hopefully your stitching bug comes back in full force. I am also looking for a good stand too.
Happy anniversary to you and your husband!

Thanks for watching! I know, me too. I hope by working on small projects I’ll get my full coverage bug back! I can’t believe it’s been 2 years!

After I finish a big project, i stitch a few smalls just for fun. Then I can go back and stitch on my big projects. Its like a palette cleanser. I use hot water for getting out the lines. And I change the water out if it cools down. I also, use a little squirt of Dawn on the first bowl of water to get out any oils from my hands and any dirt.

Thank you for watching. Yes I think I need a palette cleanser. Thanks for the advice, I will give that a go ☺️

'Stitchin big things by hallie' episode 122 shows a great video on how to remove lines. Love your stitching

Hot water in a bowl for the lines. Very hot water with some Dawn dish liquid. Keep re-adding hot water. Takes a few hours

I have found that if I get in a slump like you are if I do a small that I can complete in one stitchy set down. I get back in the mood to tackle my big projects

Thank you for the company while I stitched ☺️
I think after we finish a project we get a drop in dopamine which can make us feel blah. The joy will return I’m sure of it 💜
I have a lowery stand and as far as I can tell you should be able to use it in front of you 🤔 You would need something (I use a weight from my partners weight bench) to stop it from tipping but I’m sure I’ve seen it used this way on stitch with me’s…
    ☺️🪡✨💜

Thanks for watching. I have a corner clamp but I think you can do it with the regular clamp, I’m going to give it a go, thank you.

Hallie from Stitching Big Things with Hallie just did a video a few videos back where she washed her Wip to get rid of the grid lines. She filmed step by step.

Hi Catherine, I would advise a very gentle hand wash with small amount of liquid soap for your xmas stocking. Enjoy your videos very much.

Hi Catherine i put my stitching in the bath warmish water and let it sit for a bit and the grid lines come out. When i finish a piece is ok to feel undecided about what to do next.

Thanks for watching. It’s the first piece I’ve ever had to wash so I’m nervous about giving it a bath ☺️
