This may be my favourite part of the song. Notice how it’s “Take off our phones and turn off our shoes” instead of “Take off our shoes and turn off our phones”? I think it’s a symbol of when we’re with someone we love, we tend to not focus on the small details but rather just enjoy being with them. Idk. Just noticed it. This song is beautiful

I still remember when I told my gf this song reminded me of her. Those were really good times. Now I'm sitting here alone since she broke up with me yesterday. Moving on will be hard but it is what it is and we have to accept it. Nevertheless this song will always be one of my favourites along with the good memories spent with the person I once loved.
This song makes me think so much of my ex. We did everything together, he was my best friend, my lover, my protector. We built an entire house together. Then he turned abusive. One day the neighbors called the police and he was deported. I still miss him though. He was the man I most loved in this world and I still love him. I spent all of 2021 crying for him. I'm doing slightly better but I'm still crying as i write this. I just wish I could go back to the good times. Oh well. Hopefully we can fully move on from this hurt once we find the right person for us. I wish you well, my friend!

This song weirdly feels like a Sunday morning to me, if that makes sense. I wake up and feel blessed to get to stay in bed for a little longer, I feel comfortable and smile because I feel warm and protected by my bed, but then on the other hand it hurts so much. Everytime he misses me he listens to this song, and just on an everyday basis. He showed me this song about a month into our relationship. There's no way for me to describe how unbelievably grateful I am for him and this song as well as Bruno Major and anyone who helped him with the song (as inspiration, a tip, anything)
