- Nagsisilbing evacuation center sa mga binahang residente ang Dalandanan National High School sa Valenzuela City. Mayroon itong 500 evacuees at baha pa rin sa ilang bahagi ng eskwelahan. Sa kabila nito, umaasa ang ilang guro na makasasabay sila sa pagbubukas ng klase sa Lunes.
