I appreciate your videos and respect your opinions, but I think it's important to point out one of many false allegations you made. You frequently express your views on religion, but at the same time, you criticize others for sharing their beliefs with you. It seems inconsistent to both share your perspective while discouraging others to share theirs. That comes across as controlling, which is something you've expressed concerns about when it comes to religion. If you're willing to express your own beliefs, you should also be open to listening to and considering those of others. You claimed to have been disrespected by those who know your views and still share their religion with you but are you not disrespecting your wife by calling her beliefs "bullshit" or implying she has no "common sense" because she believes in the bible? If respect is so important to you, maybe you should learn how to respect your wife. You should be able to share your beliefs or lack thereof, but so should your audience. You should be respected by others, but you should also respect them. I'm not telling you how to live, I'm only pointing out your inconsistencies.
Additionally, you mentioned that if one part of the Bible is proven false, the entire book can be discredited. Would you be willing to apply that same line of reasoning to your own ideology? I’d like to address one specific claim you made: that more people die because of religion than anything else. This statement lacks factual support and is completely false. In fact, the there is more evidence to support the opposite claim: that atheist ideologies such as fascism and communism have killed far more people than religion. Even atheist scholars who engage in public debates with religious apologists disagree with your view and have said so in public. As you've stated about the bible, if you're wrong on that, what else are you wrong about?
I’m curious whether you’re open to reassessing this claim. If it turns out to be inaccurate, would you be willing to acknowledge the mistake, correct yourself, and reflect on how that might influence your broader perspective on religion and Christianity? I genuinely hope you're open to doing so.
