I was using Soft & Beautiful texturizer- liked it a lot, no breakage at all, hair never straight. I just purchased this Lusters texturizer because my hair is too soft and tangles easily. Trying to see if it’s a brand or chemical issue.
So my hair went from soft to hard for some reason. The middle was also severely underprocessed. So I had to do a corrective- used the Lusters and only kept it in for 5 minutes. Hair is soft again and curls loosened thank God. I try not to relaxer hop so if this keeps working I’ll stay with it.
She got great results. This is what a texturizer is supposed to do- loosen your curls. Once you start combing and smoothing the chemical in your hair it’ll get straight
