The limiter on this and all IV production systems is the sterilization step---takes hours. This system almost looks over-automated. Who designed and installed the system?

They offer "turnkey" systems, but in my experience they probably have a partnership with an integrator/ engineering and fabrication firm to either build or buy other major components in the system. The batch blending system would be customized. I doubt they make the sterilizer shown in video-- a pretty sophisticated, high capacity sterilizer.

I went to the Medipharmaplan website www.medipharmaplan.com/new/eng/engineer/sub_1.html and the rated capacity for their 1 liter 4-up machine is in the 2,400-2,500 bags per hour range. I did not clock it, but it did not seem to be operating at that rate.
