I lived in Vancouver from 2009 until 2011. I loved it. I experienced a heavy snow in probably December 2010 only for 1 day. It's beautiful. The funny thing is that during the Winter Olympic Games 2010, Vancouver was lacking the snow fall .. they had to import the snow from somewhere. But, It was fun during that Olympic Games. I had a good memory but I also experienced the not so good thing during the Stanley Cup Riot. In fact, I lived in Yaletown and not too far from the Stadium.
Snowfall means you have to shovel snow in front of your property... and then remove snow from your car. You have to do it while the snow is fresh or it will slowly melt from sunlight & then harden into solid ice. EVERY MORNING AS EARLY AS 6AM! And then when fall comes, you have so many leaves to sweep away. Seasons are only beautiful to look at.
I love snow too! Welllll I love looking at it and seeing it come down big and gently but I hate when you get a clear sunny sky in winter , that's when you know its too damn cold!! But when its clouds and snowing its perfect 👌
This radio station is very helpful for all of us in this weather traffic accident. I love to listen to this station 11:30 am and CKMW station. Lovely weather safe driving.

One of my favourite videos I’ve ever seen on TH-cam and I spend a lot of time on TH-cam. I am from Birmingham in the UK. I’ve just started my video channel called Lonelyspirit, I am not sure if it’s going to work out. I am retired I live on my own so I thought it is something interesting for me to do. Long way to go before I get to your standard though. Once again thank you for this wonderful video I cannot stop playing it.

What!? Everything closing even YVR airport. That’s nuts. That’s Light snow in Calgary. We don’t even get snow days even in -30 and snow up to your waist. I mean I get BC doesn’t have the tools for that but still. 😂
It took me 3 hours to get to Surey by skytrain Burrard to King George and 3 hours ride back! How could you let people freeze on the open station in minus 10C temperature? Translink is never prepared to the snow here in Vancouver, every winter it happens over and over again I paid for the 7 hour trip $11.10 normally it would be 45 min each way and $3.55 (using compass card). I want a refund, thanks Translink :(
I live in vancouver and yes vancouver does get snow but not every year like the rest of Canada does. And if its going to snow in Vancouver it only snows for two months : JANUARY & FEBRUARY .

One of the worst things about Covid-19 is that the border is closed. No Night Market, no Robson Street ramen, and forbidden to enter a country that is actually sane. Be thankful and proud you are Canadians. If I test negative, will you let me come over? I'll only spend the weekend.
The snow ain't done with yas just yet! A true Canadian winter experience is when you can't see the road lines. LoL If you ever wonder why Alberta roads have very wide shoulder lanes? Snow accumulation has to go somewhere! What, no rocks or gravel available for the main roads? Or plows for that matter? This route covers many major roadways

This is BC man, the rainy province. One inch of snow in Vancouver equal a foot in Calgary.
Took me two hours from Maple Ridge to Annacis Island. 10 people out of 120 showed up. Sent home after two hours. Everybody got paid for the day :-)
