okay so this sounds dumb but i just had the first real actual wave of happiness i've had in a while during this video. it happened right here at 9:11 and it felt so amazing and overwhelming at the same time and i don't know what caused it but for the first time in so long, i wasn't thinking about intrusive thoughts or school or traumatic things that happened to me and i don't know if it was Lia/this video that caused it but just in case, i wanna say thank you.
