If you look on whale alert and go back for the past 6 months you'll see just about every other day if not everyday theres been roughly the same amount of XRP of $10-$20 million worth of XRP being moved around 3 times a day on average. Billions of XRP have been moved around I believe to these countries,corporations,banks,universities,etc. I think their making their move for the final phase of it actually launching.

@@ts_8806 nope you're right, but also transactions on the ledger doesn't reflect exchange platforms prices, I7m assuming because the xrp used by banks daily were bought from ripple, not from public exchanges. Same with BTC when the US gov auctions a bunch of them in private from wallet to wallet. More than transactions though I'd say what really will make price go up is instituations buying from public sources because they can't buy it from Ripple for whatever reason.
