Good video, especially the second half had good tips with regard how to protect my own responsibility and accountability as a BA when internal customers „demand“ solutions in the way they think they’re best. Sadly I think the Product Owner aspect came really short in this video as it’s in the video‘s title.

I tend to use the terms "Customer" and "Product Owner" interchangeably because the customer is, in most cases, the best candidate for product ownership in most enterprise environments. I sometimes fall into the assumption that our audience has seen the other videos where I explain these concepts. I realize now that my assumptions can create confusion, and I'll do my best to be more explicit about these concepts in future videos.
