Can I wear jeans and my casual tops to manipal??? I am a girl and want to pursue btech from there... And are the hostel timings or going out for girls is strict???? @smart stranger
Yea u can wear them. There is no strict rules on going out. You can go anywhere without permission but have to be back to the hostel before 9.30 pm. The perm is 10.00 pm from 2nd year. You have to take permission 1 day prior to stay out at night.
Sorry for late reply, to be honest i just cleared the exam and was elligible for Jee advanced but i didnt score a great percentile to get a seat in NITs. In short i made sure that am clear with the concepts of 11th 12th NCERT Syllabus. Hope it helps
All classrooms have centralised AC. There are no washing machine and fridge in any of the hostels in MIT. All students are expected to give their clothes to laundry services which are available in all hostel blocks or wash their clothes by themselves 😅

Block 7 is old and rooms are small. Block 22 is new and have good cupboards.

There are no cycle rentals in manipal. U can either come and buy a cycle here or bring it from ur home if u already have it ✌🏻
