[Deltarune] No-Hit Snowgrave Spamton NEO

Surprisingly, this was the run that made it, despite having some sloppy execution. That defend on turn 6 wasn't part of the plan, which is why I'm surprised it turned out well.
The strategy below should lead to a consistent set of turns which also helps avoid some problematic attacks.
[Bullet Patterns]
0. Attack
1. 4 in a row → Attack
- For me, it's not worth the risk to try and get TP from the bullets here
2. Pillars and bombs → X-Slash
- You should have enough TP by the end of this round to X-Slash
3. Diamonds v1 → X-Slash
- Use this round to get as much TP as possible
4. Phone delivery pipis → X-Slash
- Should have enough TP left over from the diamonds
5. Phone orbs → Any
6. Face → Any
- This is definitely the most tricky of this set to dodge, this one caused my fair share of resets as it's kinda just up to luck
7. Diamonds v2 → X-Slash
- Get just enough TP to X-Slash but make sure to destroy the puppet, otherwise the attack with orbs and flying heads will show up
8. Diamonds v3 → X-Slash
- The little bullets will target where you just were, and you should get more than enough TP from these bullets
- You'll want to attack ASAP unlike the other two diamond attacks
- Once you get past this part, you've pretty much got it
9. A call for me → X-Slash
10+. Defense-Mode NEO → ACT
