How in the world do you get such impressive times like oh my goodness Even when I feel like I busted someone within one nanosecond you managed to get times which make what I think is a very small period of time but not one nanosecond cuz that's just straight up exaggerations but then you make my Quick Time look like I took 15 hours to bust a suspect Edit I would like to say that on tough justice I was using a Pagani Zonda and I got a time of 10 seconds and 75 milliseconds That is stupidly fast like probably the fastest time I have completed a event
They should have also made split screen for this game, so that my sister and I can both play it. We could play either play both as racers or both as cops, or we could both pick a different side where whoever is playing as a cop will have to try and take down whoever is playing as a racer (And the racer, or course, will have to try and escape).

you can do that in multiplayer, 1v1

Slow down the speed and take a closer look. The cop got the EMP hit confirmed, and then the racer was smashed after he crashed into the roadblock.
