@NickboydFTW So far, if u're soloing: Easy is just... easier Normal is Easy Extreme is Normal Betelgeuse though, still has the same attack speed of the difficulty. Pikers still deal almost 50% damage when exploded right next to you in extreme.
@chaosprodigy never tried blue skull before so I can't give any comment for that. I like trig 3 cuz despite the nerfed ROF, chances of OHKO are higher with it. I still use trig 3 in both pub and cw to reduce the tag rate on enemies, especially one with 09 armors.
@ReeCeDoW Use mag-fed shotgun (spas15 and saiga) only if you have mag upgrade. Don't bother using pump-action shotgun as you'll be overwhelmed by those bots. Saiga12 is essentially Spas-15 w/ trig 3 that has higher ROF and recoil. The only superior part about Spas-15 is that it has better grouping (i.e: smaller crosshair when aimed fire) and maybe lower recoil which some people find it easier to handle.

He isn't using the BG: Extreme Glitch - look at the date 18th December 2011 - besides even if HE DID use the glitch at the start it says BG: Extreme Survival: EXTREME. If it was glitched it should say Survival [Easy]. For all of the BRs. ;)

No, They're not the same weapon, This weapon he's using is Spas and it's ammunition (Magazine) 26 Bullets, The Saigal12. is the same style of it, (Like shooting) But it has ammunition 5 Bullets, Other than that Check their status and Compare between them, But i would Prefer Spas for the amount of bullets in one mag, Also you can make more bullets in the Saigal12, but you need to buy something from the shop called Ammo increase or something like that.

@Klingdumm yep, only 2 bosses spawn instead of 3. The bots and final boss (Betelgeuse) have less HP as well.
@martiener1 He's using Magazine Upgrade B, which gives an extra 20 rounds in co-op, and like 3 extra in reg. Its a g-coin item.

No with other players there's 3 bosses. Some features are limited for solo players, like Barbatos chasing and losing you(this occurs with LMS too).
