He supposed to return the property in future. Now he neither returning nor paying current market price nor even using/claiming the land.

Mamla Haicot me gye. Hamlog sare shakso ko darkinar kar diya sir kya civil court ke aalawa Chakbandi ki court sel deed nirst kar sakti hi and Haicot me kya hoga sir bataye place
Sale deed is done on June 1996, in the sale deed the godown area mentioned is 435 sq.ft but actually area is 598sq.ft so it is fraud by buyer
Misrepresentation of area
163sq.ft area is used by buyer since june 1996. Seller was uneducated and his son was minor in 1996 and now his son is adult and well educated
Can seller's son can cancel the sale deed?

Sir, In 2003 my father purchased residential land where 5 family members we involved. (this family sold 22 plots in our colony)
this year 2022, 4 new members came to my father and said that we are also legal owners you haven't taken our signature -asking for a settlement other they will go to court.

Sir I have some confusion about court fees to seek the cancellation of sale deed. If I m not executant of sale deed but my property was sold out by some people then I have not required to deposit court fees to seek relief and if I m executant then I m under duty to furnish court fees as per value mentioned in sale deed. Pls suggest.

सर मेने पेट्रोल पम्प क़े लिए ज़मीन मालिक से ज़मीन lease agreement पर लि है जोकी 2 साल पहले agregulture ज़मीन थी मुझे पेट्रोल पम्प लगाने क़े लिए SDM महोदय से noc लेनी थीं उन्होंने बोला की आप पहले ज़मीन का कन्वर्ज़न कराओ मेने ज़मीन का 143 करा लिया अब मेने noc के लिए sdm मोहदय क़े यहाँ अप्लाई किया अब उन्होंने आपत्ति लगाई कि ज़ो अपने धारा 143 से पहले lease deed कराई थीं agriculture ज़मीन पर वो automatically void हों गई क्योंकि आपने धारा 143 करा ली है आप हमको धारा 143 क़े बाद कि नई lease deed चाहिए उसके बाद आपको noc देंगे
सर मेने दूसरी lease deed करा ली है लेकिन पहले वाली lease deed cancel नही कराई सर क्या पहले वाली lease deed कंसिल कराना ज़रूरी है अगर ज़रूरी है तों ज़ो मेने दूसरी lease deed कराई है उसपर तों कोई प्रभाव नही पड़ेगा अधिवक्ता सर प्लीज़ जवाब देने कि कृपया करें🙏
