Hardest part is the strap(s) that go around the airbag on the side of the seat....I cheated and cut them.....be careful when pulling the 2 parts that connect the seat back to the head rest, pull straight sideways, don't pull up

Why you removed bottom leather and not whole bottom part, would be easier?
