TheGamer if the person who put the draw four down has at least one card of the color that was down before they played the draw four then that means that if they are challenged it will go to the challenger making the player who played the draw four draw four however if they don't have said color and play the draw four the challenger would loss resulting with two more cards
If you have a plus 4 and change it to... lets say yellow. If whoever drew the plus 4 has yellow you lose the challenge, if they don't have yellow, you win
You challenge to see if the person that played the +4 actually has the color that they picked. If they do then you get punished with 2 more cards, if they don't then the initial player gets the cards instead
