Also low driven (strong) passes into R1 for dummy and immidiately when the ball arrives let go of R1 is really strong because it triggers the dummy but the ball sticks to the feet of the player and turns him way quicker than controlling and turning yourself. It's actually crazy good if you master the timing. 😊

I know exactly what you’re talking about I do it sometimes instinctively and I thought it was just my mind playing with me when the player actually made a way better touch.

Sadly that's how you have to play this year. 71 depth and auto press make it almost impossible to play through the middle only person ever open is the lb or rb for a cross

Switch to old gen guys. Way less sweaty running down the wing and 71 depth doesn't feel OP. Had so much fun this WL after switching yesterday. Give it a try.

hello @boras, thank you for your informative tutorials. Have you or any of your followers faced the issue with FC24 that goalkeeper rush does not work (randomly at some cases)? I have recently bought and downloaded FC24 for PS5 but seems like goalkeeper sometimes does not rush out with holding triangle or it comes a bit and then freezes.

Haven't EA removed the Driven Lofted Through Ball this year too (L1 + R1 + Triangle)? I swear this was such a useful pass that I can't find a good alternative to.
Bro its still there I just got eafc24 buts its so frustrating now since the keys have been replaced with the precision passing. is there anyway i can shift the driven through and lofted back to just r1 + o/triangle?

Bro i bought this game yesterday and I noticed that immediately after first match then i quit cuz this pass was my favourite in fifa 23. It’s really annoying when EA completely changed something in game mechanics. But anyway is there any alternative to this type of pass (l1 + r1 + triangle)?
Sort of but not really. Normal lofted through balls act as normal but if you have long pass plus they act more as driven lofted through balls. They travel really really fast and lower to the ground.

@lordsenior7339 You have to be very fast if you want to do ball roll driven, if not fast enough opponent might read it. Hold your right stick to any direction you want and do driven at the same time within a split second.
Does any1 knows why does my through pass has that arrow? Or points to aim? And how to disable it?
The new dynamics of fifa 23..24 makes me a beginner I've played fifa since 2014 and doing well but this version is hard to deal with.

That all looks great but when there is such a huge delay lag how ubr suppose to do those passes I can't even do short passes the moment u try to pass opponent is on ya players neck so it's not that easy as Boras explains.

I know this game is broken, but is something wrong with the L1 + X pass? Most of the time when I do it, the player does a skill instead of passing.

Dont like being a negative dude but damn this game stinks. I was excited for this game because I thought this would be a start of a new era of football games but its the same old fifa stuff. If anything its getting worse. I know every fifa games had its meta mechanics and tactics but I feel like this games meta is so bad and boring and to be good in this game requires pretty much no knowledge of football or skill. Just running down the wing and passing it across goal or spamming finesse shots from ridiculous places and distances. Maybe it is a skill issue or a matter of getting used to the new game but so far the experience has been disappointing.
It's not a skill issue the game is very bad many ppl streamers content creators said already so we all share same opinion...

Korean has no own host server so average ping is 40-60 if you do ball roll it takes almost a second if you met someone that has own hosting server Chinese or Japanese they just flying mine are took half seconds every move this game is shit
