This is beautiful instruction and the easy to follow but how long is Is the working yarn after you make the star? I understand how you measured how much of the tail to use when doing the reverse but I don't understand how you knew how much you would need to go forward from the beginning star????
@@Judithptak I used 3 mm and it turned out fine, I pulled the cords kinda tight to make it smaller as I wanted different effect, so I think 3 is still a good choice if going for a coaster. Good luck with yours!

the video is super clear the step is clear please dont skip the video even for 5 seconds because it shows clearly why and how it becomes 5 to 6 an so on please check minute 2:31 to know how it become 5 tp 6 star… hope it helps… tutorial video must be watch in full and cant skip every single step…..
Hey!! I loved this video you posted, but honestly.. I got a tad frustrated. It is 1:02am in the morning and I have not been able to figure out how you did this. I got my hopes up more than three times, and came out with no coasters. I was really looking forward to putting my coffee mug on these in the morning, but I simply could not keep up with your steps. 5 hours working on these and nothing to show for it. Not angry, but very, very saddened.

약 300 mm정도를 잡고 시작하시면 됩니다 총길이는 700정도 여유잡으시면될 것같고 영상보시면 중간에 길이에 맞게 날라냅니다 ^^
