"Wait and watch" method should be included in the comparison for grade 2 - as this is often the case after surgery....for Grade 2 only.

How does a resection figure into this? Did any of the 251 patients have a resection? Did all of them? None of them? Guess I’ll have to go to that link...

For anyone else wondering this, the cohort for the study was patients with a grade 2 Glioma under the age of 40 who had undergone subtotal resection, or over 40 who had undergone any type of resection.
It's also worth noting that patients were enrolled between 1998 and 2002, and there have been twenty years of medical advances since then, in everything from imaging to surgical procedures.
