Thats who I would join the RAF,I am British so I would be patriotic to my country :D and enlist with them,i tried years ago but due to medical i couldnt at the time :(
Being a patriotic Brit myself, it's nice to know that patriotism for our beautiful country still exists. Good that you tried for the RAF. Sometimes medical problems can be solved, but if not there are plenty of other ways in life to be patriotic and to support the UK.
I know yeah,i find it hard to find anyone who is patriotic anymore its very sad.I did try and yes it did go away as it was a woman thing lol so it held me back,i support all our troops and donate all the time to them.Next week because my dad was in the RAF he is taking me to cosford :D i am soo excited
You will enjoy Cosford, whether you have been there before or not? They have recently received some new WW2 aircraft from Hendon - Defiant, Lysander and ME109 (although the Lysander is going to the conservation hangar so won't be on display yet). They also have the Dornier Do17 wreck that was recovered from the English Channel/Goodwin Sands a few years ago. The best ones though are the collection of 1950's - 60's British Experimental Jets. Hope you have a great day to remember.
