Hello, how are you I am coming to visit Bujumbura. I have loved the city from many of the videos I watch, and I really would like to visit it. I am coming from Yemen, but I have a problem with housing there, and since the applications that provide housing are overpriced, can you help me with that?
Heyyy. I’m good thank you. I am currently in Canada and I actually also went there to visit. I’m not too sure about the housing because I do not live there either. Sorry for the inconvenience, I hope you are able to get help.
Hi, I am planning on going to Burundi too and I'll be going alone and I don't know what to expect. Do you have any recommendations. Things such as do you recommend I'd carry American dollars or Burundian franc? Did y'all have to get a COVID test before Burundi let you in? Oh and did y'all catch a taxi to get to Bujumbura because that's exactly where I'm going. Sorry for the questions, I e never traveled outside the U.S. before and I'm really nervous 😬😬 but I'll take any suggestions or things you noticed or learned from leaving Canada to getting to Burundi..thank you🙏🏿🙏🏿
HEYY! Great questions, I really want to make a video regarding this, because there are a few things I did not know that I am glad I know now. I suggest you take American money, and then while you’re here you go somewhere to exchange it. I’m not sure if you got family here but if you do, it would be very good if you stay with them, because the cost of hotels is a bit expensive, so I suggest you go and stay with family so that you don’t run out of money.. I suggest you take at least 1 to 2 thousand of USD Cash. Lastly I suggest you get a family member or someone you trust to be with you so they help you get to know around and also buying things because people over here as soon as they see you, they rip you off because you look expensive. 😂. So I always go with my cousins and hey buy it for me. Also, girl, going alone and not having anyone there to help you will be a big problem and a headache. Overall, it’s such a beautiful place to live when you have money and you also Gotta know how to bargain with people as well as the prices of things, there are many more that I can tell you but I think I covered all that you needed to know.
I got visa on arrival and I paid $200 USD for it. If you are in the USA, you can get a visa through the Burundian website. Or the Burundian embassy that’s in the USA. It’s cheaper.
Hey, Just wanted to say great job on your video. Seriously keep up the good work! I also make travel style vlogs and it would mean a lot to me If you could check it out. Respect your way!!!
