This series seriously deserves so many more views than it has. Best RP, awesome incorporation of multiple "sims", personality through the roof, just great stuff.
It's been my personal head cannon since Michael called to hire you for a job on a field that you had previously worked through the agency that he's actually a villain. Then with the gun shots and thefts, I'm totally convinced it's all Michael's doing. I almost want to go back and see what types of jobs he's hired you for because it would be super interesting if they were all harvesting jobs. But I still have a lot of episodes to enjoy before I'm caught up, so I'll just enjoy the story unfolding instead. Really, really loving this. Excellent story.
I looks like you might be able to see what the potential house bidders are looking for in a house before the auction....so you could add like a sauna or whatever in order to create more interest in the house and maybe a bidding war! :o)
Yep you can see what potential buyers want. I just ignored it and did what I wanted to do as it's a roleplay and you wouldnt have that information in real life. 😁👍🏻
Well, I'm nearly caught up, just one more episode to go and I'll be up to date. I can't tell if it's just your story telling but on house flipper the real money is made by doing the garden and entering it into whichever competition you design for. That adds thousands to your profit and would sort of fit with your character being and outdoorsy guy. Also you need to dress the house more with cheap stuff like plants and pictures. Sorry if you know this, your story telling is so good I couldn't tell :D
Hey MinecraftMum! Thanks for the info. I knew the competition and decorations would help a bit but didn't realize how much 🙈 Will definitely keep it in mind if we ever renovate another house in the future. 😁👍🏻
lol okay okay, so I’m finally realizing I just need to shut my mouth because every single question I’ve asked you’ve answered in the next video or later in the video I’m already watching lol. Great content I’ll just grab my popcorn and shut up now
Found the channel through my recommended feed yesterday. I'm loving the series so far. And glad to have caught up. Definitely earned a sub from me yesterday. Really glad to find a smallish TH-camr who engages with the community and definitely puts in the work for this series. Can't imagine the work behind the scenes. Glad to have something to watch in my downtime as a trucker.
Hey Dyllon! Glad you are enjoying the series. Definitely a lot of work that goes into it behind the scenes but love doing it and it's great to see the overwhelming positive response to the series. Glad I can keep you entertained. Appreciate you watching and subscribing. Stay safe out there on the road. Have a good one! 😁👍🏻
Hi David. A couple of things Id like to ask you and Im really hoping that you find a little time to answer. First, are you using a mod that drops borrowed equipment at the field contract or are you setting the entire contract up off camera before you begin shooting? Im asking this because that Mod would be BRILLIANT and I'd love to know where you got it. Second, I've noticed that your used equipment listing in the store are larger than mine I only ever have 4 pieces available max at any time. Are you modded on the as well? Does the used equipment come that dirty or are you doing a substantial amount of work off camera to scuff everything up to fit the narrative? Im sorry to break the fourth wall like this. I'd love to know a little bit about what goes on behind the camera in this series. This is a very good series and the creativity that you use to source other games into the narrative is not something that Ive seen done to this effect before. GREAT WORK
Hi Thomas, unfortunately everything that you have asked about is just a lot of behind the scenes work to make it more life like. As for the second hand equipment, I haven't changed or modded anything there. I usually only have around 4 items available as well. Sorry that it's probably not the answers that you were hoping for. Have a good one! 😁👍🏻
Not sure what you mean by fake? 🤔 I use different games to make the roleplay more realistic....I have used multiple different games throughout the series. 👍🏻
Set your goals high and don’t stop until you get there
Well done Matthew! 🤜🏻🤛🏻

Thanks for the kind words, glad you are enjoying the series. :)
That was a nice tractor on the contract work!

Another hit from mr. Marks 😆👍
Thanks Michael! Glad you enjoyed it! 😁👍🏻
Smiley face, then really angry. That made me laugh a good one.

Here's to contract work and flipping farm machinery. Maybe Zach might want to go into partnership. Get some of the bigger stuff at auction together.
Hey RB! Not a bad idea, might have a chat with him about it. 😁😉 Have a good one!
Liking this stream.
Hey Herb! Glad you are enjoying the content. Thanks for watching! 😁👍🏻
Such are the trials of House Flipping. Seems like contract work is the way to go!
Unsure at this point if the motivation is for us or him. 😆 🤣
Hey Keith! Yep, you win some...you lose some. Was fun though. Lol yea I think I am trying to keep myself motivated. 🤣
Great job on the series!! Really enjoying it! 😁👍 Getting worried that I'm getting caught up and won't be able to binge it anymore 🤣
Hey WinninWithWillan! Glad you are enjoying the series. You seem to be catching up quick. 😁 Thanks for watching. Have a good one! 😁👍🏻

How do you use the auction mod?
That's not a mod...the whole house flipping thing is not part of Farming Simulator 👍
THIS IS FAKE WHEN HE BOUGHT A HOUSE HE WAS IN A DIFFRENT GAME CALLED HOUSE FLIPPER
