I've never heard of someone dying or having a bad reaction from narcan. Most opioid users simply tend to be in a bad mood when you ruin their high by saving them. This lady was definitely popping blues or the like.
Funny side note, but I used to have seizures fairly frequently, and one time it happened in a restaurant so they called 911; the ambulance took me to the hospital, it was a whole thing. But besides waking up feeling like I had been in a car wreck (my muscles were totally exhausted and sore from the seizing), the only other painful thing was my chest from the sternal rubs that someone did on me. That hurt SO BAD for days and days afterwards.

How can an officer on the street just walk up to a total stranger that they know nothing about? Medically and legally this sounds very wrong. To administer a drug to an unknown individual is a huge liability, who is responsible if someone negatively reacts? As a cardiac patient that is scary as hell to have a stranger to be able to administer drugs without my or anyone’s consent. This has to stop.
