My daughter, who is a Cancer, is exactly the same way when it comes to To Do Lists. If you give her more than a couple things to do, she gets so overwhelmed, she just shuts down. It's reassuring to know that others are the same way, and that it's possible to overcome. As always, thank you!!

Re: laundry tips. I suggest getting a laundry bin with multiple sections that can be taken out individually. I have a rolling one with three hanging laundry bags and I use them to sort regular clothes, delicates/activewear, and towels/bedding. Since you don’t have a laundry room, maybe you could get a rolling tiered metal cart to store all of your laundry supplies in.

To do list tip....put easy things on your list so you have the feeling of accomplishment...even...taking a poop, emptying or loading the dishwasher, scooping litter box. Only put one or two big things on the list
