Maximum Average Power Transfer in Steady State Analysis

How to use a Thevenin Equivalent circuit to solve for maximum average power transfer in a circuit. This is a longer problem than some of my previous problems, but it's also a good review of nodal and mesh analysis and thevenin equivalent circuits.
